News & articles from H Tiddy
Until a couple of weeks ago, H Tiddy Estate Agents, based in St Mawes were promoting and were proud of the fact that their company had been established for over 75 years.
When Mark Willson, Director for H Tiddy, went round to measure up a property that has just been launched on the open market, an original set of sales particulars, in remarkably good condition and which were produced by H Tiddy in 1959, was handed to Mark by the sellers to help him with his details!
If you pop down to The Square, in central Portscatho, you now see our new window display advertising properties we are marketing which are local to Portscatho and its surrounding areas. The window is situated in a prime and visual position to the side of The New Gallery. We feel this is of great benefit to any one looking to sell through ourselves since local properties can displayed not only in Portscatho but also at our office in St Mawes as well. The directors and team at H Tiddy would like to thank Chris Insoll for the use of his window at his prominently positioned gallery.
H Tiddy has just unveiled its new web site that is also mobile phone friendly.
The new web site links to all of its properties for sale. Additional improvements include being able to "register" to receive property updates, "meet the team", read up on information about the area H Tiddy cover, news and articles (which link to facebook and twitter), and what makes H Tiddy so successful as an established independent estate agent based in St Mawes.

In last week's West Briton, H Tiddy ran a competition giving The West Briton readers and property hunters the opportunity to win £25 of Marks and Spencer vouchers. To enter the competition, readers had to scan the QR (Quick Response) Codes within the H Tiddy property advert in to their phones and answer two simple questions.
H Tiddy - proud sponsors of the Concours D'Elegance.
Despite the weather, The St Mawes Classic Car Festival ended on a high and an enjoyable time was had by all. H Tiddy were pleased to sponsor the event, providing a cup for the overall winning car, a rare 1954 Mercedes Benz 300SL Gullwing.
H Tiddy feel that the Car Festival is now well established and that a cup that can be presented each year would be a fitting gesture for its organisers, Tim and Amelia Whitaker, of Nearwater Events.
Miss Cornwall attended the evening and hosted the prize giving.
