Waterside Properties on The Roseland

Amidst the aura of uncertainty, here in Cornwall the sun is shining, both literally and metaphorically. We arrived back to work in 2019 to an unexpected surge in activity, whereby sales have exceeded our expectations to date. The St Mawes Housing Market Review 2018

According to house sales data from the land registry, rightmove, zoopla, and including our own in depth local knowledge, H Tiddy are proud to announce that we sold over £15.36 million out of over £21.35 million worth of property that exchanged contracts in St Mawes in 2018. We are the most dominant agent with around 72% market share. There were only 3 competitors who sold properties in the village.
